Mr. Tee leads the private equity investment and portfolio construction for Peirce Capital.
Mr. Tee has over 18 years of experience covering investment banking, corporate finance, private equity and fund management.
He was previously the Senior Investment Director at Blacktip Partners, a family office focused on private equity investments and Vice President in Investments at Heliconia Capital, a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings that focuses on private equity investments (both minority and buyouts) in small and mid-cap companies in Singapore and overseas.
Before that, Mr. Tee spent 10 years in investment banking and corporate finance with Ernst & Young and OCBC Bank in Singapore, Citigroup and ABN AMRO in Hong Kong, focused on M&A, public takeovers, IPO, and capital markets advisory with companies in the ASEAN and the Greater China regions.
Mr. Tee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) from the National University of Singapore.
