Mr. Wan provides compliance, regulatory and risk advisory to Peirce Capital.
Mr. Wan was previously an Executive Director and a member of The Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) management team.
He is a veteran MAS banking supervisor with strong risk management and regulatory knowledge of the banking industry. In his 32 years career with the MAS, Mr. Wan helped to build up MAS’ supervisory capability, credibility and mentor generations of Financial Supervision Group supervisors.
Mr. Wan held various leadership roles during his tenure with MAS, including Head of Specialist Risk Supervision Department. He was also part of the MAS Banking and Insurance Group leadership overseeing the licensing and supervision of financial institutions in Singapore.
Mr. Wan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia.
