As CEO oversees the overall management of Peirce Capital, including strategic directions, operations, business development, risk and compliance.
Mr. Chiang is a seasoned banker with over 30 years of extensive experience in financial services industry. He assumed senior leadership roles as CEO/Country Head of banks in Singapore during the last 10 years. He has also held various senior roles in top global and regional banks in Singapore, namely CTBC Bank, China CITIC Bank International, Standard Chartered Bank, Credit Suisse First Boston Bank, UOB and Sumitomo Bank. His extensive banking career also covers a wide spectrum of banking roles in Corporate and Investment Banking, Private Banking, Treasury, Risk Management, Finance and Internal Audit.
Since 2015, Mr. Chiang is an Independent Board Director and Chairman of Audit and Risk Management Committee of Tuas Power Group in Singapore, one of Singapore’s leading power generation companies and key provider of energy solutions, multi-utilities and environmental services.
Mr. Chiang holds a Bachelor of Science (Economics) from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia.
