Ms. Yan has been a Managing Partner of Peirce Capital since 2021. She has overall responsibility for the Fund Manager’s business strategy, business development, day-to-day operations, project execution and delivery, as well as compliance and risk management.
With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, including roles at CTBC Bank (Singapore), CITIC Bank International (Singapore), Standard Chartered Bank and OCBC Bank, Ms. Yan has a proven track record in managing projects and assets of approximately USD 1 billion. She has extensive experience in corporate finance, financial and credit analysis, deal structuring and execution, transaction services, risk management, cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Yan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sunderland (UK).
