Ms. Yan has about 20 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry, overseeing Peirce Capital’s business strategy and development, investment and advisory business, overall operation and execution.
With her rich experience in the finance industry, including CTBC Bank (Singapore), CITIC Bank International (Singapore), Standard Chartered Bank, OCBC Bank and etc, Ms. Yan delivered entirely satisfactory track records of managing around USD1Bn project loan assets of high quality. She has proven a wealth of expertise in corporate finance, financial and credit analysis, deal structuring and project execution, transaction services, risk control management, with in-depth knowledge of cross-border transactions and the regulatory compliance.
Ms. Yan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sunderland (UK).
