Ms. Yan has about 20 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry, overseeing Peirce Capital’s business strategy and development, private credit investment, advisory business and company overall operation.
Ms. Yan has rich experience covering corporate banking, retail banking and bank operation during her banking careers with CTBC Bank (Singapore), China CITIC Bank International (Singapore), Standard Chartered Bank, OCBC and etc. She has a wealth of expertise in large corporate financing, deal structuring and execution, credit and risk management, financial products, cash management and client service. She delivered entirely satisfactory track records of managing around USD1Bn loan assets of high quality and good returns over the past decades. Ms. Yan has in-depth knowledge of cross-border transactions and the regulatory compliance.
Ms. Yan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sunderland (UK).
